From the North or South (I-95): Follow I-95 to 676 West (Central Philadelphia). Take 676 West to the Broad Street exit. This puts you on 15th Street south. Follow 15th Street south to Spruce Street. Take a right onto Spruce Street, then another right onto 18th Street. The Sheraton Rittenhouse Square Hotel is on 18th at Locust Street.
FROM THE EAST (NJ TURNPIKE): Take New Jersey Turnpike Exit 4 to Route 73 to Route 38 West. Take Route 38 to the Ben Franklin Bridge. Cross the bridge and take 676 West to the Broad Street exit. This puts you on 15th Street south. Follow 15th Street south to Spruce Street. Take a right onto Spruce Street, then another right onto 18th Street. The Sheraton Rittenhouse Square Hotel is on 18th Street at Locust Street.
FROM THE WEST (PA TURNPIKE): Take Exit 24 -- The Valley Forge Interchange to Route 76 East (the Schuylkill Expressway). Take 76 to 676 East. Exit at Broad Street and take an immediate right onto 15th Street south. Follow 15th Street to Spruce Street. Take a right onto Spruce Street, then another right onto 18th Street. The Sheraton Rittenhouse Square Hotel is on 18th at Locust Street.
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 24 (Valley Forge) onto east Interstate 76 (the Schuylkill Expressway). Follow I-76 to the Center City Philadelphia Exit, Exit 38 (I-676, the Vine Street Expressway). The left two lanes exit from the Schuylkill Expressway; stay in the middle lane. Take the first right from I-676, onto the exit for 23rd Street. Proceed ahead to 21st Street and turn right.
FROM THE NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE: Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to exit 4. Travel west on Route 73 about 1/2 mile to Route 295 South. Follow Route 295 South about 8 miles and follow signs for the Walt Whitman Bridge and Interstate 76 (the Schuylkill Expressway). Go over the bridge (toll is $2.00). Once through the toll, continue straight ahead on I-76 West to Exit 38 for Vine St., I-676 (the Vine Street Expressway), and Route 30. Take the first right from I-676 onto the exit for the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and 23rd Street. Proceed ahead to 21st Street and turn right.
FROM THE SOUTH: Take Interstate 95 North and follow signs near the International Airport directing you to I-76 (the Schuylkill Expressway). Once on I-76, proceed to Exit 38 for Vine St., I-676 (the Vine Street Expressway), and Route 30. After taking Exit 38, take the first right turn from I-676 onto the exit for the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and 23rd Street. Proceed ahead to 21st Street and turn right. FROM THE NORTH: Take Interstate 95 south to Exit 17, exiting onto the Vine Street Expressway (I-676). Take the exit for 22nd Street. Turn right on 22nd Street (which is one way headed north). After a short block turn right onto the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, then turn right onto 21st Street.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Amtrak commuter trains and trains from all over the Northeast Corridor and elsewhere service 30th Street Station, which is on the western bank of the Schuylkill River and next to the route of the Schuylkill Expressway. Leave the station and walk along Market Street toward Center City, across the bridge. The first street after the bridge is 23rd. At 22nd St., cross 22nd and turn right. The College will be on your left.
